Ciro Vestita, founded M&C in Milan. Prior to this, he had important experiences directly in different companies that allows to learn and to understand different aspects of undertaking; latterly he being a partner in an important consulting firm acting as ceo of responsible for management services area with engagements both with Italian and foreign companies. He held as ceo of manufacturing companies.

Since the end of the 1990s, he works as consultant on one’s own.

He is a member of some Boards and acting consultancy activities for companies operating in several products serctors, also dealing with generational change with the sensivity that this delicate phase of the life of the company requires.
